John Sickels just released his ranking of Nats prospects.  He includes Steven Souza pretty high up on the list so I looked him up - pretty good numbers.

Born in April 1989.

Matt Skole - http://www.baseball-reference.com/minors/player.cgi?id=skole-000mat

Born July 1989.

Only a few months difference betwen the two.  Souza was not great before last year but his numbers in A ball as a 23 year old were about the same as Skole.

Souza has been around so long I didn't really consider him a prospect. Of course he's only 23 so he's still prospect age.

I saw him play for the Lake Monsters and he sucked noodles. Supposedly he's more focused now.

He even wrote a song about it - "(I'm a) Skole Man."

At this point, I think Souza is phoning it in.

12. Chris Marrero - 1B
This name still seems so familiar but so distant.
