2013 World Baseball Classic

Games start March 2nd, full rosters to be announced in January.

Itching for baseball, and think the WBC could turn into a World Cup-type event, if it was on cable and had good participation.

Have any Nats said if they're playing or not?

Roger Bernadina will play for the Netherlands.

i'm assuming he'll be their starting centerfielder.  I hope profar is on the team along with Roger's brother Roderick.
I'll be rooting for the netherlands.

i heard some guys on MLB radio today expressing disappointment that Harper and Trout wouldn't be on the same team.

They are still so young.  They will have numerous more chances to play in the WBC together.
