Funny. rosenbaum missed being the #7 prospect by one vote and so far he is getting shut out here.

He really tanked in the second half as the league got used to him. I mean he was terrible.

Looks like a career minor leaguer with a chance for a cup of coffee spot start in the Majors here and there.
