I believe that the All-Star game is tied to the development of the surrounding area.
Not only that, but I wouldn't want the AS game here until that happens. In a couple of years, a whole lot more will be complete based upon current plans. But it we don't want the AS game here with a hole in the ground on one side of half street and some make shift outdoor bar on the other.
