Sure - just seems like a backhanded compliment.  If you're not needlessly hating on him, then fine - my mistake.

Desmond winning would just show how rare competent shortstops are right now.  And lucky for him that he gets judged against other shortstops, not his own teammates.

Per Kruk 1 or 2 great plays doesnt mean you get a Gold Glove.  Adam Jones More Consistent.
