I'm rooting for the Yankees and the hapless A's in this round, as well as the Giants.

No adult athlete should be forced to wear a cartoon bird on their hat. Especially not in that trucker-style white-front-panel grotesquerey.

Looks even worse in helmet form, especially the huge post-concussion ones :spaz:

Conflicted feelings here

I feel about Teixeira what PA feels about Beltran

BTW PA, not to prolong that discussion too much, but Beltran was right to leave Houston - that franchise went down the pipes when Clemens and Pettitte left

As usual in the postseason, the Yankees' offense is a steaming crappile.

Hopefully it doesn't open the door for the Woes.

Well, looks like I'll be talking to myself up in here for the rest of the night.

For the second game in a row, Buck pulls the Orioles' starter before they get through 6.  I really hope their bullpen wears out and has a full-on implosion at some point, 2011 Braves style.

More great defense from that "all-time great shortstop" Jeter

Well, he only has 4 GG in 18 years of playing the position... I think/hope most realize how terrible he is in the field.

Knorr, I'm thinking those two walks are the start of the implosion.

Okay, he finally got it down

I hope you're right Linty, but I'll believe it when I see it

This Orioles team is living a charmed life this year

I don't understand how O'Day isn't balking with his rocking motion.

For such a low-scoring game, this is unbelievably slow.
