I hope Skyfall is good.  Quantum was such a disappointment.

I have many objections about this stupid 1 game WC game, but I think I'd feel good about it if it was a best of 3 series. I also think they should allow the seeds to choose their team and game times.

Other teams would sit too long.

If they could somehow get an O's v Nats World Series, it would be the lowest rated WS in history, only the DC/Balt metro area would care...and it would be so completely awesome.

I think they would make the WC team earn it. Game 1 and 2 could be a double header. Season ends on a Wednesday, WC DH on Thursday, final WC on Friday, first NLDS games on Sat, then WC winning teams play Sunday. Don't really even need a DH, could make them play right out of the season 3 straight games. No rest, that's what you get when you don't win the division.

My personal hell would be all the people acting like I give a crap who the Nats were playing.

If the Orioles win the World Series, my last hope is that the world really does end in December.

Might as well just cancel the wild card.

I wonder how many people would be calling for these measures if the Nats had ended up as a WC team.

There would be deaths if that happened. Literally. People would get killed at the games.

I like Showalter and a lot of the O's players. I don't really care about Angelos.
