He said the "last objective" to accomplish before the season ends is to get Strasburg an at bat after some of you had called for it.

Not sure. Zuckerman said it's not uncommon for managers to hand the card to the bench coach in the last game. Probably just chillin in the clubhouse. Hopefully.

I hate pretty much everything about the Yankees, but I really liked how Torre would let one his veteran players manage the final game of the regular season when they had things wrapped up those years in the 90s.

I saw that too -- I thought that was strange. The nationals.com site said Gio, but it's Michael.
