Espy tried to rush it

Davey ruined Espi's confidence by sitting him that one game.

Drag bunting?  Bobble on defense?  This one is going to be a crooked inning.

What does a plus pitch mean?

More effective than the average major league pitch.

I was thinking the same thing...our pitcher undercut by fielding miscues.

Because it's apparent Ross won't strike out the side.

Ok, I checked.  According to Fangraphs' PitchFX data he throws a fastball 80% of the time, and it's his only plus pitch.

The last time he had a plus pitch other than his fastball was a curveball in 2009.  If he can't locate his fastball, he's ineffective.

Now you know that you can save time and just read an article and pass it off as your own observation/opinion.  :lmao:

Oh, Espinosa can make that play fine

He cost us a run, more than likely two.

All of our starters except for maybe JZimm are limping into the playoffs. very disappointing.

Kozma is a utility infielder and he looks like an All Star vs us
