Martinez is probably the top dog on the market.  Francona is more of a name and has a track record, but he's not a great game manager (much more of a season manager and player manager).  I'd still like to see DeMarlo Hale get his shot.

I agree with your sentiment on Francona.  I think he's just a product of where he's been.  But Sandy Alomar Jr. deserves a shot, and I think he'd be an excellent fit in the city he played - the city he's loved in.
