I honestly don't think Jordan pays attention to what the other pitcher is doing. Why not throw the same pitches that Harang threw? They're strikes (not really but they're being called as strikes).
It seems Jordan is leaving things up. He doesn't walk many so things are over the plate and up. Bad combo. Harang is greeting calls low and away. Jordan isn't throwing well and he either clips the plate for real or is way off.
