« Topic Start: September 14, 2012, 09:10:33 AM »
Hello fellow Nats fans - here's a caricature of Jayson Werth.  I've been posting these out on Twitter.  Feel free to go to my site to see all of them.

Nice job, Paul.  We have a few folks who play with online graphic tools, but few pen / charcoal / ink on paper types.  You ought to dig through the threads for one artist who painted up some Bryce Harper portraits.  A lot of people liked his stuff.

Thanks - I'll have to find that Bryce Harper stuff - I'm too old school to do that digital stuff.  I tried it, but I couldn't get the hang of drawing on a tablet.

I love this! I'll be checking out more. You've captured Werth's hoboesque appearance perfectly

Can't wait to see what else you do!

EDIT: Looked at your RGIII one, can't stop laughing :lmao: these are gold!

And drawing on a tablet is hard! I ended up getting used to it (but I am not as good at drawing as you are!) but mine died 6 months ago  :(

Also it says that you're displaying these at the Green Turtle in/by Chinatown, I'll have to come by and visit these. They're great!

These are awesome. Do you sell any of them? They would be perfect for my DC based sports Man Cave.

I can sell any one of them - just let me know what size you're looking for and I'll let you know what it would be.

Thanks for posting my website, Gburg Nats Fan (we're practically neighbors; I live in Littlestown) - I have it set up on my "signature" but somehow it doesn't come through.

And yes - Twitter is fun because I can send it straight to the player and sometimes they'll re-tweet.  Espinosa re-tweeted my pic of him and my son thought that was just the coolest thing ever.

A Tyler Moore or Steve Lombardozzi would be great if you have or plan on doing one, nothing crazy big, just standard size. The GF is a huge fan of Lombo and I think she would love it. PM me a price range and I'll let you know if I can swing it.

Here's the Bryce Harper :  I'm not exactly thrilled with this one.  This on is on the schedule for a re-do....

And we need Morse. Would be a great Christmas present for my daughter... how much do you get for these things?

I'm looking at a way to actually get some prints done - I have a Christmas Card company (www.tradegreetings.com), which allows me to get all kinds of good printing done without paying an arm and a leg.  I've ordered a test run of 25 Jayson Werth's.  If they turn out okay, I can sell a print for $10 plus $5 shipping.  Let me know what you guys think about the pricing.  I've never done prints, so that's a new one for me.  They'd be 8.5 x 11 and done on 14-pt paper, which is good solid stock.

I have a Morse done, I'll post a photo of it shortly.

I'd buy a Morse and an Espinosa one for that.

Here's Big Mike:  This one was done on the wrong kind of paper, so the color isn't as good as I'd hoped.  I did this one a couple of months ago.
