So do they have dates for the NLDS yet?

It depends if we're the #1 seed (series starts vs. WC winner on Sunday 10/7 with 2 road games, day off, up to 3 home games) or the #2 seed (series starts on Saturday 10/6 vs. Giants, same format)

Again I ask - day or night?

None officially announced as yet (http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/schedule/ps.jsp?y=12 - ESPN.com has nothing either).

Personally I'd love to have at least one match in the daytime though....

Do they have times announced for games where the teams are not even known yet? No.

I have a question about standing room only seats:

Would they go on sale 2 1/2 before first pitch, like a typical game? Or would they go on sale, thus ofrcing me into the line, a lot ealier?

I'm not asking about specific times.

But knowing if a game is going to be under the sun or under the lights seems very reasonable.

Game times are typically not announced until shortly before a series starts.  Game locations (west coast vs. east coast) and TV issues play big into this.  During the LDS, I'd count on a couple of possible day games.  There could be 3-4 different games on a given day, so they will likely be scattered with start times of roughly 1:00, 4:00 and 8:00.   We just have to wait until MLB announces them - I'm just as anxious as everyone else...

4:00pm on Wednesday would be perfect!

My kids would be out of school (well, sort of) but it wouldn't be so late that they would be sleeping in their seats like with an 8:00 pm start.

Jesus. Man, do I love the Nats to the point where passion overcomes reason. I could fund my next three seasons of season tickets if I sold just one WS game... I'd hate to imagine what price someone without a brain, but tons of money in place of one, would pay days before the WS starts for 129 row E, second actual row. Crazy, crazy, crazy prices. And the hype machine, aka local media usually immersed in Snyder's... happy place, this time of year haven't had a chance to whip the locals into a frenzied fury.

You can buy them directly from the nats website.  Go to the postseason tickets page, parking is last tab on right.   Limited availability, but spots are still available.  I was disappointed you can only buy 1 pass at a time.  I had to buy one for each game and had to pay the 4 dollar service fee 3 times.

stubhub has decent seats for $90 for game 4.  Tickets for game 3 are through the roof - $85 for SRO, 400's for $130 and up.

Many thanks...the ticket office told me I had to have bought parking with the tickets.  Crappy lots left - I got U - but better than the Metro.

I'll know better for the NLDS and WS.

Thanks again...

I was able to get 2 tickets to game 5 on the nats website earlier today for lower RF terrace for $35.  They must release some more tix every so often. Now I got tix to all 3 home games! They had the option for game 3 and 4  for different ticket options today as well, but the only ones that I could actually get 2 together when I tried were the game 5 tickets.

Interesting the crash on Game 5 prices even though you get a full refund if you buy them and the game isn't played.  That could be a good example of buying low and selling high with minimal risk.

Stubhub prices for Wednesday's game are going up.  Cheapest non-standing room tickets are now $120 and up.  Compare that to St. Louis, where you can find seats (not standing room, actual seats) for tomorrow's game starting at $41 and Game 2 on Monday starting at $25.
