I took a look at that specific price for WS Game 4 - these are three listings, in sets of 2 to 4 tickets each, through rows DD, EE and FF of section 137 (right field corner, just to the right of Nats bullpen).

There are a pair going in my row for $942 each.

I would be shocked if people get those prices on a consistent basis. I'm no veteran at this reselling thing, but the Springsteen tickets, for example, were astronomical at the beginning and came down to face value by the time the show came around.
