I think ppl need to chill and let Suzuki get some more at bats before writing him off.  He ain't Ted Williams, but he's better than yall are making him out to be.

Well it wasn't like he was tearing it up in Oakland either.

yea but Oakland is the worst hitter's park ever.  He was better away from there.  He's also got a decent track record, at least for a catcher.

I wouldn't put everyone here in the same "y'all" bucket.

Most posters are realistic about what to expect from him, it's just a shrill minority that love to hear themselves complain.

Missing Gio's smile right now but he's still dealing in the 7th so I can't complain.

Gio is dominating. He has a shot at the complete game, if Davey forgets to meddle.

Just stopped by to say how much I hate Angel Hernandez.

But some say he may be (though they have yet to present any evidence) a good person aside from his umpring incompetence.

Would this influence your opinion of him if proved true?

Gio Gonzalez at 81 pitches through 7 IP.  If it were me I would let him bat for himself.

Gio hasn't taken a pitch since his homer.  Not sure he's seen a strike since then either.

So this Gio Gonzalez guy is pretty good.

He's at least the second best left-handed pitcher on our staff  :D  :poke:
