I give you respect for your ability to cling to a belief and never, ever change it. Lerners, Edsall, wanting BJ Upton, etc. Impressive.

Mike Leach is 2-6 this season at Washington State.

You're writing off Leach already?

This is the best UVA has looked all year.

By far.

Did I really just read Maryland is now on their 5TH QB?!?!

at least petty plays hard.

linty, no they've been running a "wild crab" formation.

again, if this team had taken care of business when they needed too, this team would've been eligible for a bowl game.  although seeing this team in a bowl would've been hysterical.  they are going to get stomped by FSU and clemson.  i mean stomped.

Don't know who was playing in those UVA jerseys today... but I sure hope they show up the rest of the year.

yeah they beat the crap out of them.  i'm supposed to hate UVA as a MD fan, but bennett/london are both likeable coaches for their bball and football programs.

not taking anything away from this win for UVA, b/c they waxed that ass ... but NC State football - what an overrated pile of garbage.  but of course edsall couldn't coach well enough to beat them for a second straight year.

Did the Terps almost have a WR as QB today?

At some point I heard Johnny Holliday talking about a dude wearing 87 possibly having to come in at QB.

Who could seriously think they'd be on their 5th qb in one season? I really like what Edsel is doing at Maryland. His recruiting has been excellent, superior to the Fridge at this point especially considering the class he had this year after the piss poor season last year. Next year's class looks pretty good too, but hey, he's a bum and we'll continue to suck... I didn't want Leach nor Edsel, I wanted the coach from Auburn, but that didn't happen. I'm happy with Edsel and Turgeon.

Blah, blah, blah with ACC football.    It's like discussing Lower Loudoun Junior Footgall.    It's a non-starter  ....  Pitt's beating ND (#3) at the half.   WVU is stompin' and Nebraska is tied with MSU.   Better yet MTV had a cooking show with Lidia.   She showed how to make a Primaniti Bros. samich at home.    :stir:

i'm happy with turgeon.  that's a completely different story and it's an insult to include edsall and turgeon in the same sentence in my opinion.

MD lost to BC who lost to Army.  ARMY HAS PASSED US AS A PROGRAM!!!

I watched the T &AM v. Miss St game today and the Aggies tear Miss St. apart at Miss St.  The kid quarteback is a redshirt freshman leading the SEC in rushing.  He looked accurate in his throwing, too, and did not just rely on a scramble and  broken plays for his yardage.

At this point, the SEC is pressing the NFL for my favorite professional league.

 :lmao:

Exactly  ...   I was thinking pro football ought to be like the EPL.    Top college teams become 1st tier (pros).    Bottom dwellers in the pros become an NCAA team and they have to get degrees.

I have a harder time watching 2 NFL teams I have no rooting interest (read, any team that plays west of the Hudson or south of Nardelli's) than I do watching random SEC teams not named Kentucky or Vandy.  And I glanced at the Vandy-KY score.

I will watch USMA on the west bank of the Hudson.   When I think about it, there's decent college football east of the Hudson.   As a kid, I remember the ECAC.

Of course not. Just like I didn't write off Edsall after a 2-10 season.

Huh?   Is that like Busta Rhymes?  ...  just dawned on me ...  yeah that's her name.   :P    I bet she had one hell of a wedding.    Italian maiden name and a Slav last name.    That has the makings of a good hunky wedding.

I saw her on MTV/PBS (not sure what the PBS station is in MD).   I was channel surfing.

PS   Should have indicated MPT.   That's on me.

Please baby Jesus let these frauds in South Bend eat a crapsandwich today. If you could also make Brian Kelly set himself on fire during the end song that would be great.

As long as you don't invoke TD Jesus.
