PSU finally opens up a can of whoopass, and it has to be against NAVY? Way to look bad while winning.

I think my alma mater last won a football game when FDR was in office.

i guess edsall is fine with his two-win season.

yea he definitely isn't going to try to win any more games this year.

with brown and diggs playing so well i expect a lot more big plays, though wtf was perry hills doing most of the day. defense is legit

Te'o lost his grandmother and his girlfriend this week. I think I'd choose to play, too, but I don't think I'd be able to focus.

Notre Dame's D is pretty sick this year. Great D-Line.

Freshman qbs don't help, but Diggs and Brown can play. A lot of youth getting early playing time sucks right now, but should help in the long run.

hills has done some good things and some bad things.  it's expected.

my GC boys are awesome.

edsall wasn't great down the stretch with some of his decisions yesterday, that's my biggest problem.

Team looks a thousand times better than last year, though. The players definitely believe in him and the defense finally has a good coordinator. I love Brian Stewart so far.

If Paul Johnson ever gets a duel threat QB to run his offense... I really think a Championship could be in his future.

Quote
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Jean Nail has been judging cheerleaders longer than most current cheerleaders have been alive. She started as spirit coordinator for the University of Arkansas 30 years ago, and let's just say her standards are as tough as her name.

So her heart didn't immediately melt earlier this year when she saw the DVD application of a blonde Texarkana girl named Patience Beard. Nail knew thousands of people would go "wow" when they took one look at the girl, and not in the way most red-blooded males say "wow" when they look at a cheerleader.

Patience was different than any other applicant Nail had ever seen: She had a prosthetic left leg. Nail was sympathetic, but this incoming freshman would have to inspire more than concern to become one of 12 freshmen to cheer for the Razorbacks. The coach would offer "no special consideration" here. Beard would have to do all the stunts, and do them perfectly. There would be no charity for Patience.

A bunch of good games today. Good luck to Maryland. That's a tough one.

Notre Dame now has two converted receivers and one converted running back at three of the four starting DB positions. That's insane.

Go Terps! Let them defeat the great evil that is WVU. BTW, those white ops uniforms are freaking badass. Best Maryland uniforms yet by UA.
