I think we need to close down that Dominican school ( don't need any more Smiley Gonzalez's ) and open one in Japan.
Or, have two!
Of course, MLB/Japan baseball have an agreement where America doesn't steal young Japanese talent. So I don't think you can open a school in Japan.
