dude nobody is saying suzuki is the savior.  he's going to be the #1 the rest of the year until ramos comes back next year.  and to say he's struggled for all these years ...

08 - .279 AVG, 7 HR, 42 RBI, 2nd in CS, 3.5 WAR
09 - .274 AVG, 15 HR, 88 RBI, 4th in CS, 3.1 WAR
10 - .242 AVG, 14 HR, 71 RBI, 1.9 WAR
11 - .237 AVG, 13 HR, 44 RBI, 3rd in CS, 1.5 WAR

and in 2012 while his offensive numbers are down, he led the AL in caught stealing and is 1st in fielding percentage.

All I'm saying is Suzuki isn't the catcher people think he is.  And I like how you clipped only '08-'11.  You forgot 2007 and 2012.  Ramos will be a good player, and I'm not happy the Nats traded a good young catcher in Frietas to the A's for a guy who is mediocre at best.  Given some more time, Frietas could have blossomed into a great young catcher.
