Also on tap for tonight in the NL East:

19.05 - Phillies-Diamondbacks (Blanton vs Kennedy)
19.35 - Braves-Astros (Hudson vs Galarraga)*
22.05 - Padres-Mets (Richard vs Dickey)

*all the more reason why we really need to run the table on the Marlins this weekend, given the Braves are hosting the miserable Astros

I missed Lannan's start against the Braves. Looking forward to seeing what he can do with my own eyes :)

Johnson is pitching... just Game 2 instead of Game 1!

these are going to be 4 tough games.

Snotlanta and the Muts have easy series this weekend which is why we need to fry some fish this weekend.

Well the bottom third of the order are pretty much automatic outs.

Yikes.

The funniest part about all of this is that LoMo probably looked up his own name to find that tweet in the first place.

DeRosa? Over Bernadina?

No matchup advantage is worth DeRosa.

Rizzo acquiring a catcher worse than Flores.  Fantastic.

Defensively Suzuki is a HUGE upgrade, and his offensive numbers are career-wise MUCH better than Flores. Yes he's having a down year, but who the hell would want to play in Oakland? I think a change of scenery will do him well.

Like to see Moore in the lineup, but DeRosa in RF?
