The first 3 innings at the plate have been discouraging.

Slowes mentioned that JZimm actually played some DH in high school.

I miss Desmond. He'd have made that play.

Plus hit bombs.

Defensively, Espinosa > Desmond.

Nori's hitting stance is unique, at least different from what I'm used to.

If he let it go to Lombo, they probably would've gotten at least one out.

You don't think so?  Radio guys said Lombo could have had it and gotten to second.  I only briefly caught the replay, so I didn't get a good look.

By the time it gets to Lombo, Myers is on second.

Defensively, Espinosa > Desmond.

Who has better range?

Who has a better arm?

Desmond and push at best.

Desmond and push at best.

Espinosa is a SS - Desmond is a utility guy with a good bat.

Let's get a hit this inning.

Yes, please.  We should be teeing off on Wolf.  We're back to our old ways of going through the first few innings with zeroes across the board.
