Send his ass to AAA

You can't without exposing him.  He should just be outright released.

Those two balls were well inside the strike zone on Gameday.

hopefully a one-pitch leash..

If it lands in the backstop, pull him right away.

... Realistically, 2 guys should come out of the bullpen each time they call for H-Rod, and the other reliever could just stand on the mound behind him ready to replace him after the first pitch.

Why insist giving the Mets a nugget of hope?

Pitiful, that was not close. Mike Rizzo should be ashamed. If we were not competing, keeping him on the team would be fine. But we are, this is ridiculous.

Why is HRod still on this team. :bang:

We'd be zillionaires if we knew the answer to that one. He should be outta here or down in Minor League Hell.

Henry Rodriguez is one of the worst pitchers the Nationals have ever had and that's saying something considering the dreck that has populated this roster over the last 7+ years.

Why is this guy even on the major league roster? How much more time do you give him? He's a bum!  :bang:

And I got downvotes on MLBTR for nagging about H-Rod being on the roster. :lmao:

wtf Rizzo, we can't afford to keep this guy on the roster in a pennant chase. He throws 100, big whoop.

exactly.  yes i'm a davey johnson fan, but if you think this is his choice, you don't know baseball.

mike rizzo traded for the guy and has publicly defended him time after time.

you have to cut bait.  if someone scoops him up, so be it.

Holy cow.  To be fair (I'm not watching on TV though), he may have gotten squeezed early in the count.  Still, ball four was not even in the same ZIP code as home plate...
