And ... hands inside the baseball ... knock ...

Just for one game, I wish they'd talk like normal people.

Does that mean they shut up for a bit

Hmmm ... Danny seems to pick up righty pitching from the right side just fine

Like a lot of baseball clichés, I suspect the lefty-righty effect is greatly exaggerated.

Not saying it doesn't exist, just exaggerated.

4 IP, 39 Pitches, 27 Strikes; 1 H, 1 R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 0 HR
5-pitch inning; could get a complete game...

Yeah, that would be good too.

I don't have a whole lot of trouble with them talking ... FP does seems to know a lot about baseball ... I just can't stand to hear canned phrases.

Just tell us what you see and what you think ... forget the "inside" jargon.

Our only chance is for Gio to keep them scoreless and for the offense to get his pitch count up and out of the game after 7 innings so we get to their ben.

There we go Morse, get his pitch count up. Time for LaRoche to get a hit
