Time for Nieves knockout punch

What, he got another GIDP? At least he learned something from Pudge.

Is a base hit too much to ask for?

It really does look like Pomeranz is throwing about 98 mph. I like this guy.

It's almost like Pomeranz was a highly regard prospect or something.

After last night's heroics, the team looks flat tonight except for The Kid.

Carp needs to take a breath before he calls fly balls in the outfield.

When did he get to Colorado? Weird that I know nothing about him. He was #5 overall?

Last year.

Indians traded him and Alex White for Ubaldo Jiminez. Terrible deal.

He's good but it sure helps that he's getting 8 inches inside off the plate to right handed hitters.  Practically impossible to hit that pitch hard but Nats hitters have no choice, it gets called a strike if they don't swing.

Everytime I see that name, I think "pomegranates".
