I can't imagine how much the ball is going to fly tomorrow as it's a day game at Coors.

Jordan Zimmermann now has a 2.77 ERA, by the way. He had a good outing tonight, pitched six innings in every start this year.
15 Starts, 6+ innings and <5 runs in every start.

Comparative dates on which the Nationals notched their 43rd win, each season:

2005 - 24th June (73rd match of season)
2012 - 27th June (73rd match)
2011 - 4th July (86th match)
2006 - 23rd July (99th match)
2007- 26th July (101st match)
2010 - 27th July (100th match)
2008 - 7th August (114th match)
2009 - 16th August (118th match)

---

THIS DAY WITH THE '05 OVERACHIEVERS: Monday 27th June 2005 was a day off, between Blue Jays and Pirates home series. Record at the time 44-31.

---

Nats went into the final two innings with an 11-1 lead...I cannot recall being so nervous over the Nats going into those innings with such a large lead, but I was (and became increasingly so as these innings progressed).

I didn't even realize that Jordan Zimmermann is at 4-6 after last night's game. That is a miscarriage of justice.

I surely hope not.  Wang's control & ball movement shouldn't be judged by pitching in the Colorado air

Wang's balls did seem to hang a bit more than usual last night.
