If you can't hit Jeff Francis, your offensive problems are critical.  Jeff Francis' ERA is 8+.

It's time to SLAM your hand on the panic button, Rizzo!
First Arrieta and his high ERA and now owned by washed up Jeff Francis in a hitter's park. Not a coincidence.

He doesn't seem the type. He's been with his wife through college.

Wade Boggs met his wife in high school!    Big freakin' deal.   What a naive bunch.

What the hell is FP talking about with Werth?  Happy for a 2.5 hour delay in Colorado Springs?

Is he implying Werth had a girl he could ring up?

They just don't look right tonight. Let's face it, we were lucky to have even gotten one run.

They look tired or something.  Or like they don't care.

Time to make a change somewhere. Not arguing that Eckstein deserves to get fired, but sometimes you have to shake things up.

Disagree. We are in prime position for when other teams sign this guy.

What has that got to do with it?

Wade Boggs was married too.    As well as ten million other married ballplayers.    This is baseball.   Lots of travel.  Lots of nights alone.

Exactly. You're married when you're in your hometown. On the road you're technically single.
