Yesterday I was rooting for a high draft pick. Now I'm back in. Thank you for sucking CAR and NYR (and WPG).

Can they really do this? God damn they are playing well though. Welcome back Brooks

And look who is on a 40 goal pace

And the schedule from here on out is pretty easy. I think we have three tough games (BOS, 2x MTL). Maybe throw in OTT twice.

The next 8 are all very winnable. 6 wins would be a conservative guess

They've done this before. THen they'll lay an egg against a team they should win.

They've done this before and made the playoffs.   Please beat the Rangers so my cousin will shut the f   up for a week!

I dont think they have. Two convincing road wins against a decent team. Even that beating of Florida was just bad goaltending on top of an incompetent team.

They also got back two significant players in Orlov and Laich. Throw in Green as well. Those are three players they didnt have when we had that crapshow on Long Island and against the Ranger

Is there a darker arena in hockey?  MSG requires night vision goggles.

I think Oates has been replaced by Dale Hunter.

Always hated the Cap Centre for the same reason.   Isn't the current Garden about the same era?

I've been hoop-nitized.   Hopin' to see it on the post game show.

EDIT:   Nice hi-lites   ...   forgot how much I dislike John Tortorella.

Nice to get the win. Season is, amazingly, still alive.

Ovechkin is back to his MVP-level play and Backstrom is awake, too. The team is finally clicking with Oates. They need better pieces to make a serious run, but now that they are healthy they are actually a decent team.

Backstrom had some dilated pupils during that interview.   He was speedin' man.   :)
