I agree with FP, both pitchers are having issues with the extremely hot/humid conditions, and with the absence of pine tar are having trouble gripping the ball well.

Good point.  Both pitchers have had their troubles this game.  Gio seems to have settled down, we'll see what Moore does this inning.
