I was all ready to hate Billy Ripken going into this broadcast, but I have to admit he has been nothing if not fair to the Nats. Hell, even downright complimentary.
I attended a coaches conference that he was speaking at a while back. He was hilarious, he kept calling Cal "Golden Boy"
I've liked him since. I was bracing for some homerism tonight but he's been great.
