as much as I'd have liked to, that wasn't an option. I was just about a week out from my surgery, I couldn't bend or even sleep in a bed. When we first started dating, i got some dome while watching Ozzy Live at the Budokan(sp?) whole also drinking a Miller Lite. That was pretty bad ass.

He is Mormon. Doubtful he is getting pre-marital dome

I think this was on the back of his rookie card so I'd agree.

*Thread hijack warning*

I'd believe Tebow was before Harper.  Tebow's whole ethos comes crashing down if it turns out he's lying.  Harper's never...put himself out there...like that.

AdamKilgoreWP: On 106.7, Mike Rizzo says Bryce Harper will resume baseball activities in "the next day or two." But no timetable on return to the field.

Is that against LDS strictures? I thought they just had to wear The Garment, couldn't drink anything other than mountain goat milk, and were to have lots of wives on the downlow.

We gotta stay at .500. Bryce comes back, we go on a run. Those freaking Barves are going to be all sad again after another late season collapse.

I have to admit that my season goals have kind of come down to that.

14 of 17 at home with the 3 roadies to Citi Field, followed with a trip back to Philly and Miami before the break.  It has to happen in that stretch if they want to stay in it.

Bryce Harper’s ghost story
By Sarah Kogod, Published: June 19, 2013 at 11:49 am

When MLB teams visit Milwaukee, they often stay at the Pfister Hotel downtown. The hotel is rumored to be haunted, and ESPN the Magazine asked some ballplayers about their experience there. Bryce Harper shared his own ghost story (via @dcuniverse).

Harper told the magazine that he laid his clothes out on a bench at the foot of his bed before going to sleep. When he woke up, the clothes were on the floor and the bench had been moved across the room.

“I honestly thought there might be someone in my room,” Harper said. “I had no idea what the hell just happened, so I actually looked around, and then I checked to see if the door was still latched, and it was. I thought someone – maybe [Jayson] Werth – came into my room during the night and moved everything around, and I knew Tyler Moore and Lombo were both near me too, but they said no one had done anything like that. Now, they could be lying to me. That’s possible, and no one else seemed to have a weird experience, but it really creeped me out.”

Harper immediately asked to be switched to a different room.

Now, it’s possible that there really was a ghost in Harper’s room. A ghost named Jayson Werth.

Chatted about this on the "Bryce Harper Report" this morning on 106.7.    This has Werth/ALR written all over it.     However, players from other teams supposedly have similar stories.

I'm hoping he's on the field by the end of the month or July 4th. The Savior Shall Return.

He injured his knee and the rest of the team went to sleep - a drop-dead sleep.
