Don't know what's wrong with Harper but a rest couldn't hurt.
He seems to be in the middle of the action a lot ... beats out a DP and scores on Zimm's HR, he steals bases, gets bloop singles, gets some walks etc.
But he hasn't hit a HR in ages and he's nothing close to the Mantle, Griffey Jr stuff a lot of us (me) were hoping and maybe expecting.
Mickey Mantle struggled so much in his first year in the majors he was sent back down to the Minor Leagues.
Mike Trout struggled last year when he was up, now look at him.
Harper is a rookie and a teenager. He's going to have his ups and downs.
Still, with all the bumps and bruises, I think a rest would do him a world of good too.
