Washington Post writer Adam Kilgore (@AdamKilgoreWP) just reported on Twitter that the Nats were, "... waiting until a little later this morning (West Coast) to make a call on if Ryan Zimmerman goes to DL. Team officials, docs consulting."

If they are deciding IF they will put him on the DL maybe it's not that serious.

Maybe they can add Tony Gwynn to the active roster for today and tomorrow. He's already in town - no need for travel money - and he's just as likely to get a late inning pinch hit as anyone else on the bench. Plus he could regale the team with stories of Strasburg's college years.
