Its hard to find fault with the way Werth runs the bases.  Smart runner and makes heads up plays on the basepaths.

I'm willing to bet a lot of that is thanks to one of his former coaches (Lopes).

It helps that he can sick the small animals living in his beard on opposing basemen to distract them.
