There is no such thing as a "Strausburger".

Au contraire, a quick Google search proves that a chef named Mark Straus makes his own unusual burger out in San Francisco with a French cheese and on an English muffin. It looks disturbingly red. I'm a medium rare man all the way, but this looks raw.

Well played, sir.

Game isn't for another ~6 hours, I vote for keeping the burger talk.  If it starts distracting from the main convo during the game, then maybe split it off.

On a game related note:  After a free week and a half of Extra Innings, it's killing me not to be able to watch these games now.   :bang:

Same, now I can only watch the vs. Marlins, Rays and Cubs games...:-/

Should I split off the burger talk or does anyone actually care?

Do you have another JUICY topic in mind?

Hope Gio keeps the ball on the ground tonight.

Fly balls could be an adventure.

Actually Steak tartare can be very tasty, if you've never tried it.

true ... but i love what i've seen out of werth out there.  not just this year, but in his whole career.  i really think he's a solid CF.

I'm just glad Werth is on our team now. I hated him with a phassion when he was on that team phrom PA. He was a pain to the Nats.

Nah. I'd rather go R-S-R-L-R through the first 5 hitters, and right now LaRoche has his power stroke going.

I want Lombo back in :(

I also don't like the switch of Werth and LaRoche... If it aint broke, why fix it? I mean Riggs didn't change is lineup at all during that long ass winning streak last summer when he had the pitcher batting 8th. I'm sorta superstitious about crap like this.

Agreed, I wish we would have put Lombo in left, and kept LaRoche 4th.

They're trying to get Jayson Werth pitches to hit by putting LaRoche behind him. Trying to keep his hot streak and confidence going.

It's fine against lefties, although it would appear LaRoche hits Wandy quite well.

So in this situation, I would not have switched them.
