What the freak is up with the robin?

It's been fighting its reflection in my window for like 4 days during all daylight hours. Check out the critter thread.

But I think city-dwellers will mistake me for an Orioles fan, so I'm looking for a new avatar.

You can tell SF isn't watching, as if Clippard gave up a booming single.

Would have preferred another inning of Gio.  91 pitches and he strikes out the last two guy he faces... and he gets pulled?  I hope the baffling pitching decisions from Davey are just an early season thing, because this type of crap could drive me crazy.

Exactly why I'm changing it.

Davey pulled pitchers early last year too. This isn't just an early season thing.

If it makes you feel better, I knew it was a Robin and got the reference

He needed to use his "eighth inning guy."

Good throw, a lot of pitchers screw that up.

I like Justin Maxwell, I wish him well. So I am only hoping he hits into a hard out.

It seems like davey really doesn't trust Gio or Det late in games, which is total BS if you look at how theyv'e done so far this year.
Justin Verlander threw 131 pitches and his leyland stuck with him in a super tight jam in the bottom of the ninth.  Gio was in the low 90's in pitch count, looked great, and he is proven to be durable.  Gio earned it and Davey better give it to him next time.
