It's actually a pretty morally dubious glorification of violence with boring protagonists, but Billy Connolly's pretty funny, Willem Dafoe is insane/hilarious/awesome, and if you treat the whole thing as an over-the-top lulzfest it kinda works.

Isn't that what it's supposed to be?  Good grief, the movie starts with Big Bertha kicking one of the protagonists in the nuts and in turn getting cold-cocked by the other one.
