I remember closely watching the training camp battle for the starting middle LB job between Belcher and Demorrio Williams a couple of years ago. Belcher ended up winning it and turning into a pretty decent starter. I was quite happy with it. (I was a Chiefs fan at the time.) And now it ends up like this. This feels so strange.

This sounds weird... but I'm really enjoying watching the Chiefs play offense.

Quinn has a much stronger arm than I remember... but he still falls victim to the check down. I think if he'd challenge down field more... he could still make something of him as an NFL QB.

The Ravens are not that good. Houston and New England shouldn't have a problem with them if Charlie Batch can carve them up.

Pretty much and that doesn't even include the freak ups.

Missed Costas  ....  'skins' fans take heart.    Baltimore is very beatable but  ...  Giants first.

How long until Suh starts getting chop blocks?

Quote
Suh angered the Colts by laughing and dancing with teammates after he knocked Colts right tackle Winston Justice to the ground. The hit came after a Don Carey interception in the fourth quarter, and Justice left the game with a concussion.

i don't really root for injury, but I really hope his career is short

Anyone hear the clip of Bernie Kosar drunk out of his mind doing his radio slot on Wednesday? It was painful to listen to. I don't understand first why they let him go on the air to begin with. Someone should be fired for that because they had to know he was drunk before they put him on. I doubt Kosar's call goes straight through to live radio. Secondly, I don't get why they didn't just cut him off when it was obvious that he was drunk and rambling about this and that.

You don't know why they let him on the air? Look at all the pub they have gained from this.

By any chance, did you write this same comment on the POST site about the nurse in England?

Somebody borrowed your line.   :)    I was in radio for awhile and don't remember that line.   Must be a news thing.    I was on the entertainment side of things and it was a long time ago.    News was too serious.
