He could just do nothing but drinking Amino Acids laced fluids (to get to sub 5% body fat) and drinking protein shakes 24/7 in between eating 19 steak and egg meals a day like Jay Cutler (the bodybuilder, not the crappy Bears QB) and Ronnie Coleman. That said, I can't imagine that dude having the speed needed to be an above average safety in the NFL at that size. Didn't this clown also have hamstring issues this past season from lifting?
