According to planet money, you'll do best at a shady pawn shop in NYC- great story, apparently the risk for bike thieves is so close to zero flooding the market and they're lucky to get a tenth of a penny on the dollar-actually an example of an insanely efficient market (by the way nice locks apparently do little vs an angular grinder)
