That's obviously someone with more money than brains (particularly street smarts). Not to generalize, but I can only imagine what the needledick that rode that thing looked like. Probably one of those clowns I blow past on the 14th Street bridge every morning.
I'd imagine the same type of person that has 64gigs in their laptop.
