Notice he had Nats for *second" WC. Is the second WC official for this year yet?

i don't think it is official yet.  but I'd tend to agree with him, we'd be a contender for that 2nd Wild Card, if there is one.

if not, then we are just on the outside looking in at the main WC, unless we do something to improve our offense.

I agree with the Fangraphs guy, that we need to do something with our offense that gets rid of either Desmond, Bernadina, or LaRoche as everyday players in order to be true contenders.

But they were talking playoffs, not implosion.

Hmm. For some reason I pictured Halladay and Lee wearing their uniforms on an offday and they were skipping while holding hands. They both tripped and broke their legs. That would be a shame.
