This is what I think - the Nationals rights will be sold to Fox, the Orioles rights will be "sold" to MASN. The Orioles get a smaller fee, but Angelos is protected in that his network is already established in the Mid-Atlantic, while the Nats will get their money. It's as close to win-win as they get right now.
