Tonight's the start of Top Gear US season 3 (I'm going to catch the replay at 1 am). Description: the cast has to drive big rigs with minimal training through a series of challenges with precious and dangerous cargo.
nothing at all like when Jezza, Hamster, and Captain Slow drive lorries in challenges with James having a wedding cake, hamster a car, and Clarkson some straw.... With running space heaters on the other end of the van. I'm sure no one's rig will catch on fire in the US version like happened to Jeremy.
C'mon, I like that there is a Top Gear US, but damn, more original challenges and less repeats of stuff they did in the UK. We've already had a repeat of the "super cheap used car" episode, complete with a copy of the forensic analysis segment.
