Everything is pretty here in The Land of Sublime Living™, Gaithersburg, MD.
Snowing in G'burg! Of course, it won't stick, but it's pretty.

Saw that last night on the Weather Channel.   They put out an especially severe alert.   NOAA (Sterling/Dulles, VA) ain't far from the house.

that was a lot of freaking rain last night.  Numerous roads were damaged in Manassas and Woodbridge.  About 4" in the Manassas area.

Kind of a non-event for me.  Sure, the rain thundered on me for about 5 minutes on the commute home, and we were Natless, but today is as glorious as it gets.  It's a great day to be a shiner!

grabbed a chili dog at CCSP then hiked down to Dairy Godmother and St. Elmos before the Nats game.  Yes, I blew off the Red Sox on MLB TV (After I saw they were up 4-0 when I left the pub).

cherry - it was either black cherry or maybe a bourbon cherry, I forget.  Went with a lime mint sorbet because I felt guilty after the chili dog.

Kind of warm outside today.

Could be worse. I could be in Afghanistan. It could be 130+ and I have to wear body armor. *shrugs*
