Looking good for my ride over to Nats Park this morning.  Don't see a single snowflake over here in the Danger Zone®.

Looks like I'll be taking another route. The projected snowfall totals in the mountain areas is a bit intimidating.

snowing in richmond for the last hour or so, but it's a wet snow, not sticking to much so far.

I'm happy. The past two years we had about 5 feet+ of snow altogether. I keep checking the 10 day forecast to see when it starts getting in the 60's and THAT's when you know springs here. I guess Wednesday and Thursday will be high 50s low 60s.

Couple of inches on the roads in the last couple of hours here.  Surprising.

August in February!

Great and I am driving up to DC this afternoon. Just started to rain in Charlottesville and I can hear thunder in the distance.

You're telling me.  Today we did a nice stroll down the Mount Vernon trail for about two hours taking pictures, hanging out at Roosevelt Island, trying not to run over clueless maroon. Not too shabby for a windy February day:

Again, beautiful clear blue skies here in the Land of Sublime Living™, Gaithersburg, MD. Went for a nice five mile run. Had to walk up some of the hillls (because I went too hard on the flats, and I'm seriously middle-aged), but it was a nice run.

Beautiful day for a run.   I went out around 7 AM so I could get back in time to see Tottenham and Arsenal.    After that, I was picking rocks out of a refill of a hole in my front yard.    Had a backhoe, contractor, plumber dig it up because of a water pipe break.    I was on the sunny side of the street, working on my tan.

And yet you still probably have sub-5% body fat.

Not after last night and today.  I more or less have to work off my "hydration" and carbo loads during the week.  I'm actually looking forward to the next couple of weekends, when I first get to hang with my Dad at the Cheesecake Factory and then go to a wedding.  I'll end up eating less.
