Absolutely. To hear Zimmerman say this week about how this situation is perfect for him (he likes the organization, likes the team, likes the city, the location, etc) was really refreshing.

Yep. So let's take a huge dump on his good will and quibble over an NTC.

Zumaya has a torn UCL. He'll likely require TJ surgery and is out for the season.

Scott Sizemore out for the year. I wonder if Yoenis Cespedes can play third base?

It's hard out here for a Sizemore.

Chris Perez is hurt too, out 4-6 weeks with a strained oblique.   Grady has back issues, expected to be out past opening day.  Acta's team is crumbling.

And don't forget Austin Kearns signed with the Marlins!

That's just the nail in the coffin right there. I fully expect them to be the worst team in baseball history now without Kearns.

maybe they can sign Dukes to replace him?  Or Milledge?

They really need to hire Bowden as GM.

Baltimore signed pitcher Josh Banks to a minor league deal. Normally, that wouldn't do notable, but Banks' agent is Gary Sheffield. When did he become an agent?

Wtih Scott Sizemore down with an ACL, you wonder if we could work a deal sending them Teahen for one of their outfielders.

And that his middle name is Cruz-Michael. With a hyphen. Giancarlo Cruz-Michael Stanton might be the weirdest name in baseball.
