wild game at potomac today. The P-Nats jumped to a 7-0 lead in the 2nd inning on a grand slam HR by Jason Martinson, only to blow it over the next two innings as Olbrychowski got tagged for 8 runs. Final score was 11-8 with Myrtle Beach winning.
This was the first game at Potomac for us this year. We got there early enough to watch Alex Meyer working in the bullpen. I didn't realize he was that tall, but he towers over everyone else. We also got a ton of autographs from just about everyone, including Tracy. The one other guy that stood out was Michael Taylor, he looks like a younger, thinner Destin Hood.
