I've been a bad Elf. I had to serve time in Whiterun. My fine was 1000 gold. I was like "screw that, I'll do the time". 
I actually had a bounty hunter come after me outside of Whiterun. Anyone else had that happen?
You mean the hired thugs? I've had them come after me.
