Slaten's days in the majors are coming to an end. That was pathetic.

Slaten needs to be buried in the lineup below the bat boy.

Hello, Mr. Luck.  This is your friend Tyler. I know I've called on you too many times this year, but I just wanted to press the button one more time to see if it still works. What do you mean, I broke it?

Yep. I know the board loves him, but he has gotten very very lucky this year.

He has also given up 11 homers in 83 innings. 1.2 every nine innings ...

What a dumb ass decision to bring in Clippard. Davey is a freaking dense nag.

3-0 lead in the 7th, in the first game of a doubleheader. Idiotic

remember when rizzo came out and cut cabrera because he was tired of watching him pitch?  i guess he never watches mock or slaten.  these two guys should be out of the organization completely.

The Nats will never get proper value for Clippard now, they missed the boat.

Clip is going to give up homers.  1.2 per 9 is not lucky.  If anything, it is high.  When Clip starts an inning, those are solos. When he comes in with 2 on, those are tie games. But he is the only guy who can get a K out of the bullpen not named H-Rod, so Davey goes to him.

11 home runs by a setup guy.

To put it in perspective, the number 2, 3 and 4 guys in holds have 8 home runs. Combined.

No, but I'm saying he's been lucky all season. Guy started chasing that 92mph fastball and they can't get to the change.

1.2 per 9 innings means he's NOT lucky.

Wasn't Sean Burnett available if Davey was hellbent on using a leftie?  There are three lefties on the roster that should have been used before Doug Slaten!
