LEGO figures of WNFF members.
« Topic Start: September 16, 2011, 01:20:11 AM »
As was demonstrated by the Strasburg Adventures, I've never bothered growing out of toys. But it isn't just three and three-fourths inch scale action figures that I have. I have thousands upon thousands of LEGOs (All caps is the correct spelling.) as well. I've pretty much run out of ideas for Strasburg, so I've decided to move on to something else, and LEGO is the obvious choice. I'm thinking of making LEGO versions of WNFF members. This would allow me to have a vast and customizable cast of characters as well as the ability to construct environments, badass vehicles and such other awesomeness. My idea is to make sci-fi fantasy versions of everyone, which would allow a great variety of stuff to make, although I can make normal versions if you so desire. So, if you want to be LEGOfied, post a picture of yourself and/or give a description of what you'd like to look like. Make sure that it's not too specific. I'm limited by what LEGO has made as well as what I own. Oh, and some of you are going to be LEGOfied whether you want it or not.  8)

LEGO guys all use the same basic parts, but they don't come anywhere close to all looking alike.

Yeah, but you couldn't make like a lego figure of me or MDS because they don't make fat ones, or Tom because they don't make ones with busted shoulders :P

I could give you the sumo wrestler torso. It's a shirtless torso with a gut printed on it.

Just finished Salty and Chief. Houston-nat, sportsfan, and tomterp are in progress. Couldn't find a picture of Chief, so I had to improvise...

So you're saying that you all these different pieces and you peg them together to form a character?

Precisely. Unfortunately, LEGO has gotten sort of expensive over the past few years. You really take it up the ass price wise on occasion.

Just finished sportsfan.

Just a note; some of you will be based on pictures from the pics of yourself thread clothing-wise and expression-wise.

Salty is my favorite thus far. I found a head that is a ridiculously good likeness. Also Nathan, I don't actually own a sumo wrestler torso, so you'll have to wait for me to acquire one to see your figure.

I could use a plain yellow torso for Nathan. It wouldn't be as good, but it would work.

I'm curious as to how well these actually look like the posters.  Especially the one for the Chief :mg:

Can't tell what Ali looks like in the pictures thread because the picture is too dark. I'll just have to guess.
